Purchasing Agent

TASKS

• solicitting quotations as well as assessing and comparing delivery services and prices independently
• technical coordination of material and product details with suppliers
• processing inquiries, disposition and purchase order processing
• maintaining prices and quantities in the system
• monitoring delivery dates and parts replenishment in national and international procurement markets as well as demand agreed adherence to delivery dates
• auditing of invoices and complaints management
• supporting the sales team with respect to strategic orientation

REQUIREMENTS

• completed technical education (mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanical engineering) with profound commercial know-how OR completed education with professional experience in a technical environment and high affinity towards technical products
• ideally first relevant professional experience in purchasing business
  excellent computer knowledge (especially Excel, preferably Navision as well)
• good command of English
• stress resistance, diligence and assertiveness
• high communicative as well as negotiating skills, self-confidence

WE OFFER

In this position, you can expect a gross annual salary of at least 28,500 €. The amount of the overpayment is based on your individual experience and qualifications.
