From IT Update To Total Retrofit

IT updates require the least extensive measures. TGW reviews the whole control system and supply chain software, updates it and readapts it to the logistics processes. Investing a small amount of time and effort can often provide significant improvements.

However, it may be that the existing operation requires major surgery. In such cases we update or renew all relevant mechanical components as well as controls and software. This may include conveyor elements, storage and retrieval devices, drive motors, interfaces, etc.

Retrofit measures also focus on more efficient power management. High energy-consuming elements are replaced by energy-efficient motors and drive components in order to reduce consumption and cut costs.
