Head of Systems Integration Management

• Directly manage the SIM team
• Take responsibility to ensure the proposed solution is feasible to promote project success and to protect TGW from unnecessary risks
• Provide ongoing resource planning for current and forecasted projects
• Support and contribute to TGW’s strategic goals and have active participation in cross-departmental initiatives
• Define and implement key initiatives to improve operational excellence
• Provide great customer service, while still protecting TGW, such that each customer selects TGW as a partner of choice

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Minimum 5 years of material handling systems experience, and prior experience leading small teams of engineers
• Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data and present conclusions and recommendations
• Experience with AutoCAD; Python; AutoMod; Siemens Plant Simulation
• Ability to analyze and understand customer business processes with good overall knowledge of automated distribution centers from the mechatronic elements up to the high level software with advanced knowledge and expertise of standards in solution design, mechatronic design, controls and software integration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Calm and confident to steer customers around complex and technical ideas.
• Willingness to travel domestically (less than 20%) and internationally (occasionally)
