Many additional services are waiting for our apprentices:

"I started the apprenticeship as machinist in 1981. During this period, I had the chance to get to know many different areas of activity. After I had finished the military service, I was asked to build up the assembly department for storage systems together with one of my colleagues. After some time, I was offered the leadership of this department. TGW has always supported my ambition of career advancement."

"In August 1982 I started an apprenticeship as machine fitter in the manufacturing department of TGW. After the apprenticeship period and military service I could gain valuable experience in all production and manufacturing areas as well as process engineering department. Additionally I did a work master's degree in mechanical and production engineering in 1988. Since 2000 I have been working in the process planning department, the central planning unit of realization. In 2005 TGW offered me the leadership of the Process Planning department. Professional as well as personal education and development were always supported and encouraged by TGW."

"I started a machinist apprenticeship at TGW in the manufacturing department in 1980. Once I finished my training, I worked as machine fitter, then I assumed the responsibility of the first CNC engineering centre of TGW Mechanics. I also attended the evening school to become a work master. In 1998 I changed into the process engineering department and also assumed order processing tasks. In 2004, this field of responsibility was soon organised in an own dispatch group where I was one of the first employees. In May 2005 I was offered the job as Dispatch Supervisor.
If you seize every chance for further development and work hard for it, you definitely have very good career opportunities at TGW. So I worked my way up from a trainee in manufacturing to a group leader, which would not have been possible without the support of the TGW management."
Start into the future with TGW! We are also delighted to offer, by agreement, work-experience days in one of the apprenticeship trades.
