In the course of a 3 year training period the prospective industrial management assistant will become familiar through the work in different departments with travel management, purchasing, marketing and book-keeping and will thus be trained as a commercial all-rounder. The booking of business travel including hotel and car reservations, the reception of customers, processing of the daily post and dealing with orders of materials will be equally a part of her/his field of activity as the carrying out of bookings in the corporate accounts.
Principal Activities and Duties
- Producing and processing departmental relevant documents and forms
- The creation, evaluating and maintaining of statistics, data and file card documentation
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Acquiring and managing stock such as office material
- Work within the scope of the payment transactions
- Participating in the work on the corporate bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- Performing administrative work with the aid of the corporate information and communication systems
- Contract work and support for customers
