    HOW CASEDOCK WORKS:

    • Goods-in

At the goods-in area the delivered, fully loaded, single-SKU pallets are checked and the goods identified. Then the full pallets are placed on the automated conveyor system and taken to the de-palletizing process.

    • De-palletizing

Depending on the individual requirements, fully automatic, semi-automatic or manual de-palletizing units separate each package or stacks of packages from the pallet and deliver them to the automated conveyor system that feeds the subsequent operations.

    • Sorting buffer

Several highly dynamic BOOSTER miniload stacker cranes buffer the single SKUs or stacks in small rack systems. As soon as all goods for an order pallet are available in the rack, the BOOSTER retrieves the required items and delivers them to the subsequent conveyor system.

    • Palletizing

Coming directly from the sorting buffer in 100 % exact order, the goods are automatically transported to a palletizing unit. Depending on the individual requirements, the user may choose from fully automated, semi-automated or manual palletizing solutions.

    • Dispatch

The fully stacked pallets or roller containers coming from the palletizing process are shrink wrapped and placed on accumulation conveyor lines or taken by fork lift trucks for truck loading in the dispatch area.
