The TGW Project Management Team is working with you and takes your solution from concept to a fully operational system.
Mechanical, controls and software engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and start-up support will be led by an experienced project manager assisted by a team of seasoned engineers. In co-operation with you this team elaborates and executes a detailed project plan to make certain that the system is successfully installed, wired, and tested in time.
The Project Manager is responsible for project scheduling, resource planning, design, costs, possible changes, acceptance testing, and handover of the solution.
Acceptance by your associates and their ability to handle the new material handling system is crucial for your success. Your associates will receive hands-on training to learn how to operate and maintain the system. Our Lifetime Services department will provide continued service, maintenance, and replacement parts through the life of the system.
