At TGW, we work in teams. Every project, every order, every enterprise is dealt with in teams. Knowledge and know-how within our teams must be organised, coordinated and steered.
Our executive managers assume responsibility for projects and the colleagues who work on them. Management positions are often filled by promoting existing TGW employees, as they have picked up the necessary skills and acquired good knowledge during their work to be able to assume a management position.
