The TGW Group has subsidiaries all across the planet. Especially at the headquarters in Wels, intercultural communication plays an important role. Regular training for colleagues from all around the world bring different cultures closer together, exchange programmes give our young talents a better understanding of the TGW world. Furthermore, the TGW Expat Programme offers the opportunity to share one's personal experiences with people all around the world. Secondment of experts to TGW units for a certain period of time helps to transfer knowledge and contribute to the group's know-how, opening the TGW experts new possibilities of developing their skills and personality.

Colleagues who come from other countries to work with TGW in Wels, are supported in any matter concerning relocation, including searching for an apartment or educational institutions for the whole family. We provide help and advice, take care of administrative barriers and support the colleagues in any cultural and language matters.

To guarantee intercultural communication with all TGW units, we maintain a comprehensive Intranet where news, announcements and other interesting facts and information are permanently updated. A global company magazine called TGW World offers an insight into the fields of activity of TGW employees and promotes the holistic thinking of the company group. Intensive communication both within and between the units creates a corporate feeling in the TGW family.
