IT Support Technician

TASKS

• Assisting customers with software-related problems from telephone support to online diagnosis and trouble-shooting
• Providing 1st and 2nd Level Support to our customers
• Testing, repairing and maintaining the systems used by our customers
• Recording occurring problems and their solutions
• Communication effectively with customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher technical education (Higher Technical College) for IT with knowledge of Database and SQL or PL/SQL
• Software development skills, preferably with object-oriented programming languages and/or experience in the Service Desk Environment are beneficial
• Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• These vacancies involve front line, self directed roles that require strong character and a professional manner to deal with highly stressful situations
• Readiness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)

WE OFFER

In this position, you can expect a gross annual salary of at least 30,100 €. The amount of the overpayment is based on your individual experience and qualifications.
