The idea was to find a tailor-made hydraulic solution for each application and problem.

SOLUTION:

Our strategy was to centralise the entire logistics for goods receipt, production supply and dispatch in the plant in Freising. The central warehouse, as core of the new logistics solution, was implemented in a new building, thus providing valuable assembly space. All Bavarian sites will be supplied with goods directly from the new logistics centre in the future.

IT IS USED AS:

• centralised supply of hydraulic assembly lines in Freising with assembly parts
• storage and provision of KanBan articles at the assembly stations
• buffering of semi-finished goods
• just-in-time supply of all Bavarian sites directly from the central warehouse
• Europe-wide shipping of finished goods for all sites
