TGW offers high-class training for apprentices. Apart from expert knowledge and technical skills, TGW's apprenticeship training also focuses on promoting personality. Therefore, we work out an individual development concept for every single apprentice, a roadmap for apprenticeship training at TGW so to speak.

EDUCATION CENTRES IN WELS AND "TRAINING ON THE JOB"

TGW has two training and education centres in Wels to teach basic skills and provide expert training in mechanical and electrical engineering. The basic skills and know-how gained during training can afterwards be used in the respective areas by "training on the job".

TGW TRAINERS PROVIDES HELP AND ADVICE FOR YOU

A team of TGW trainers is responsible for the high quality of our apprenticeship training. One supervisor for each profession, mentors in the departments and the Human Resources department take care of about 90 apprentices, providing them help and advice at any time. Learning together, our apprentices soon develop a community spirit. First workshop projects turn them into team players, and that is exactly what TGW is looking for. Besides, TGW provides special lunch meals for apprentices in the company restaurant and special offers for the in-house fitness centre.
