TGW merges with CSI to enter Brazil

Wels (AT), 2012/01/19. TGW joins forces with CSI of São Paulo, Brazil, by acquiring 50 % of the CSI shares from its founder and president Fábio Malvesi. TGW and CSI joined their forces to actively conquer the Latin American materials handling automation market, which is one of the fastest growing in the industry worldwide.
