We perform operational, throughput and productivity assessments.

You will obtain relevant data on:

• article movements and distribution
• order structures
• average and top performance
• logistics costs
• capacities

Statistical and dynamic data on articles, orders, costs, etc. will be analysed. As early as at this stage one can see optimisation potentials.

CONCEPT AND SIMULATION

These calculated values are the basis of the concept development and evaluation.
