Installation Manager

This position is responsible for leading site installations including managing installation staff, subcontractors and trades, and working cross-functionally with Project Management, Engineering and Lifetime Services to bring projects to completion within budget and schedule.


  • Review and understand project schedules and specifications.  Complete installation within the project schedule and budget
  • Schedule installers for projects
  • Coordinate installation equipment, safety certifications, site issues
  • Maintain installation documentation and pricing estimators
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain Installation trailers and contents
  • Review invoices from subcontractors and rental companies
  • Obtain labor and equipment estimates
  • Maintain, and provide support forinstallation pricing and support proposal efforts
  • Communicates with Engineer’s and all levels of management
  • Conduct performance reviews for all installation staff
  • Build a positive relationship with the customer while taking opportunities to maximize our profits on a project
  • Understand and apply TGW Systems Installation safety standards.  Ensure labor under our control is trained and applies safety standards 


  • Bachelor's degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the material handling industry or similar project environment
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office and AutoCAD computer skills
  • Travel required approximately 50% of the time
