In this position, you will be an important point of contact between our customers and internal departments (e.g. quality management, realisation, development). You will identify different, complex, technical problems from all product lines. You will use your extensive technical know-how to analyse errors and error potentials and give the respective departments feedback about the lessons learned from the analyses. With your work, you will significantly contribute to the customers' long-term satisfaction and retention.
Analysis and identification of causes for complaints
Diagnosis of problems (e.g. by means of strain gauge measurements)
Creation, rollout and implementation of solution concepts for electrical engineering, controls engineering and mechanical equipment
Professional leadership of larger implementation of measures
Regular status reporting for the implementation of measures
Error documentation and communication of Lessons Learned within the company
Completed technical education in electrical engineering, controls engineering/mechatronics
Several years of professional experience, ideally in international plant construction
Solution- and service-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
Good command of German and English
Willingness to travel (max. 70% of working time)

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 43,876 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
