In this diversified position as assistant to the director of the installation department, you will provide support with administration and organisational tasks either full-time or part-time (at least 30h/week). You will be an important contact person for the team leaders within the department and you will have insight into cross-departmental projects. You enjoy the international collaboration.
Support of the director of the department regarding ongoing initiatives and projects
Support of the Purchasing department in purchasing installation services
Preparation of presentations, analyses and statistics
Monthly reporting of relevant key figures (KPI)
Correspondence (also internationally)
Completed commercial education (vocational high school, ...)
Job experience in assistant positions desired
Experience in using MS Office programs
Very good communication skills and command of written and spoken German and English
Service orientation and organisational skills, anticipatory, outside-the-box thinking
Reliability, accurateness and discretion

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 32,133 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
