This includes office management, scheduling appointments and managing general correspondence as well as taking and preparing logs, preparing presentations and creating evaluations, analyses and statistics.
As the central contact person (m/f/d) for our new Regensburg office in Dörnberg, you manage the administrative activities that arise there and provide support in all matters relating to our new location.
You actively support the management team and are the interface and contact person (m/f/d) for inquiries.
You have organizational skills, like to work independently, are reliable and discreet.
You enjoy working in an international team and communicating with people from different cultural and corporate levels.
You are open-minded and enjoy making progress; experience with agile working methods and processes is an advantage.
Very good MS Office skills as well as excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
