Assistant to Management (m/f/d) part-time (20 - 30 h / week)

You are an organizational talent and enjoy working in an innovative, international environment? As an assistant (m/f/d) you will support the management at our office in Regensburg. This is where the software for our international intralogistics projects is created.

  WHAT YOU MOVE WITH US
  • You provide organizational and administrative support to the management and ensure that internal processes run smoothly.

  • This includes office management, scheduling appointments and managing general correspondence as well as taking and preparing logs, preparing presentations and creating evaluations, analyses and statistics.

  • As the central contact person (m/f/d) for our new Regensburg office in Dörnberg, you manage the administrative activities that arise there and provide support in all matters relating to our new location.

  • You actively support the management team and are the interface and contact person (m/f/d) for inquiries.

WHAT CONVINCES US
  • You have organizational skills, like to work independently, are reliable and discreet.

  • You enjoy working in an international team and communicating with people from different cultural and corporate levels.

  • You are open-minded and enjoy making progress; experience with agile working methods and processes is an advantage.

  • Very good MS Office skills as well as excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
