Robotic Single Piece Picking (M/F/D)*
As a Business Development Manager for the strategically important area of robotic single piece picking, you will be responsible for the area's business development within the TGW group. You will be directly reporting to the manager of this internal business unit and will also be a relevant sparring partner for the management team. We also invite you to apply if you enjoy further developing strategic topics and working with new and existing customers. You think in terms of business cases and would like to contribute by means of your sales abilities in order to generate orders. You already have knowledge in the areas Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (A) and/or Big Data and would also like to increase this knowledge at TGW.
Develop a strategy for business development incl. the market launch of new products
Make, manage and improve new and existing customer relations in our focus markets
Close collaboration with TGW's sales and marketing departments to meet the order intake goals
Feedback and input on our development roadmaps and collaboration with the development teams
Trend and competitor monitoring for the specific field of business
University degree in Engineering/Business Studies/Marketing with a strong passion for new technologies
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of job experience (e.g. in Sales, Business Development, Project Management etc.)
Passion for Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data
Excellent command of English
Open, committed and proactive personality
Approx. 50% international travel

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 62.333.
