Control Cabinet Construction Team Leader (M/F/D)*

In this function, you will be part of the control cabinet construction division within the Production department, leading a team of approx. 8 to 20 people incl. shift supervisors who work in two shifts. If you have already gained first leadership experience (e.g. as a shift supervisor) and would like to advance to a team leader, this job could be interesting for you.

  • Pre-assembly and packing of technically exacting products following a schedule

  • Provision of feedback to the Realization department concerning deviations from technical specifications

  • Pursuance of internal objectives and key figures

  • Active participation in improvement processes and the arrangement of workplaces

  • Leadership of employees as a technical expert (incl. instruction of external personnel and trainees)

  • Training and further development of employees


  • Completed apprenticeship or relevant school education (HTL) with focus on electrical engineering: Automation Engineering, Installation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar

  • At least 2 years of job experience in the field of control and switchgear construction

  • Experience in reading electrical and mechanical assembly plans

  • Very good command of German and basic knowledge of English

  • Committed and structured way of working, high solution orientation and ability to work in a team

  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 2.452 Euro.
