We are now looking for a new colleague in the Technical Service department of our unit in Rotkreuz/ZG. As a motivated Service Engineer, you will work with a team in optimally providing support for materials handling systems at our customers' sites, ensuring maximum system availability over the entire life cycle of the equipment.
After the initial training, you will work for our customers. Your core tasks will involve the mechatronic maintenance, inspection and repair of mechanical and control devices
You will identify malfunctions and failures and together with your colleagues, your will rectify their cause
You will be the contact person for internal departments and the customers
You will also document your work at the customer's site and enhance our service methods
Successfully completed education in mechatronics as well as first job experience in PLC programming (S7) and experience in handling buy systems (Profibus, ASI) and regulated drives
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (100% of working time) and willingness to work shifts and on weekends
Class B driver's licence and fitness to work at heights of up to 20 m
Excellent command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French is of advantage
