Our growth constantly presents us with new tasks in the Quality Assurance department. In this responsible leadership position, you will be in charge of quality assurance during the entire realisation and development process. By means of ongoing analyses and process evaluations, you and your team of 18 people will develop long-term measures for error optimisation and be in close communication with our suppliers, and therefore significantly contribute to improving the quality of our processes and products. The establishment and integration of our production units in Germany and China also involve exciting new challenges.
Strategic and operational management of the Quality Assurance department at our Wels and Marchtrenk sites
Responsibility for quality assurance in the areas of goods receiving and production as well as in development processes.
Management of complaints arising internally, during construction or from suppliers
Ongoing reporting to the heads of department and the management board
Support of the TGW production units in Germany and China
Implementation of strategic projects
Successfully completed technical (and economic) education
Several years of job experience in quality assurance as well as leadership experience
Varied experience in complaints management (focus on suppliers)
Communicative, solution-oriented personality and competent appearance
Ability to accurately anticipate and evaluate future developments and requirements
Very good command of English, at least B2 level (willingness to travel approx. 15%)

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 52,716 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
