IT Service Engineer (M/F/D)*
WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
-
Creating technical concepts for patching and upgrading our customers' servers, operating systems and databases
-
Carrying out proactive IT services (patching, upgrades, restoration of backups, ...)

Documenting services performed and recommending actions for our customers
-
Improving systems and processes as well as providing support for internal projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Completed education in a technical field
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and databases (Oracle) as well as network components
- Experience with customer care and support of IT systems
- Very good command of German and English
- Understanding of dependencies between different systems as well as customer-oriented behaviour

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 41.391 Euro.
