The implementation and support of our central ERP system and project management tools involve exciting new challenges. As Administrator, you will support the central management of our international projects. Therefore, you will make an important contribution to the creation of standardised and transparent project structures in our units all over the world.
Administrative project management in our inter multi-projectmanagement-tool (create/administrate(close)
Organize and deliver training to end users on our multi-project management tools
Support and conduct compliance checks to ensure consistent tool usage
Participation in the conceptual design and ongoing development of our systems
Support in the creation of user documentation
Processing support requests (2nd level)
Completed technical or commercial education (apprenticeship/Matura)
At least 4 years of professional experience
MS Project and/or Jira administrator skills or user skills
IT affinity required
Good command of written and spoken German and English
Independent and autonomous way of working as well as assertiveness
Good transport connections, free parking, shuttle service, e-bikes, etc.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 36.678 Euro.
