Key Account Manager (M/F/D)*

As Key Account Manager at TGW you will assume an important interface function to our partners. You will provide them with necessary information, know-how and support when selecting tools in order to win projects in the market. At the same time you will be responsible for profits, performance and customer satisfaction. You should have the necessary technical understanding, organisational talent and above all good communication skills.

  • Intensive support of our projects from the customer enquiry to the award of contract as well as technical support of our partner companies

  • Obtaining relevant information and data for the implementation of the most economical and technically realisable solution

  • Internal as well as external technical support and establishment of long-term relationships

  • Creation of project evaluations, cost and risk analyses

  • Participation in and independent realisation of layout reviews and appropriate handover of orders to the Realisation department

  • Contribution to the further development of the internal processes by identifying lessons learned and optimisation potentials


  • Completed education (Higher Technical School/University/University of Applied Sciences) in a technical subject or in sales

  • Several years of job experience in key account management or project management

  • Good command of business English, other languages desirable

  • Willingness to travel in about 20% of working time

  • Communicative personality and customer orientation


  • Wide variety of tasks and room for creativity to find innovative solutions

  • Working with high-quality IT equipment and the latest technologies

  • Flexibility, independence and autonomy

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The collective agreement minimum basic salary per month (on a full-time basis plus shift allowance of at least 230 euro gross) is 43.315 Euro.
