Legal Counsel for (International) Labour Law

As Legal Counsel, you will represent the interface to related departments such as Payroll or Recruiting and act as the central contact for labour law issues for management, heads of specialist departments as well as the employee representatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Handling of legal matters in labour law

  • Creation, further development and check of company agreements

  • Supporting employees who work internationally as well as managing international agency workers

  • Close collaboration with the internal Visa & Registration Department as well as external advisors

  • Training of executive managers in all matters relating to labour law

  • Handling of legal cases and change processes concerning the personnel

  • Representation of the company before public authorities in relation to labour law matters

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • University degree in law

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably as legal advisor in an HR department

  • Profound knowledge of international labour, social security and tax law

  • Good command of English (minimum required: level B1 according to CEFR)

  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and high ability to work in a team

  • Independent and structured way of working

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 43,282 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
