WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Responsibility for the realization of the full service contract incl. availability of the plant

Ensuring the contractually guaranteed services and KPI's

Management of the maintenance team incl. personnel planning and development
-
Professional and correct customer communication and ensuring customer satisfaction

Spare parts management incl. warranty processing
-
Recognition and implementation of technical and organizational improvement potentials
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Technical education as well as several years of professional experience
-
Experience in leading a team
-
Good MS-Office skills
-
Very good German language skills as well as general communication skills

Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, cost awareness

Confident appearance as well as high customer orientation
