Operative Purchasing Agent (m/w/d)

After a certain training period, you will be actively supporting the operative team with your independent way of working and you will ensure and improve smooth operative purchasing agendas. As an operative purchaser, you will get an insight into the exciting world of intralogistics and with your personal commitment you will contribute to the success of our international company.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Operative handling of requests and purchase orders
Revision of order confirmations, processing as well as approval of invoices
Monitoring of urgent deliveries and observance of delivery dates
Data evaluation (e.g. collection of key figures like adherence to delivery dates)
Document administration (e.g. archiving of contracts, order confirmations etc.)
Support of strategic purchasers in their daily operative tasks

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Completed technical or commercial education (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
Relevant job experience, preferably in operative purchasing business
Commercial understanding and knowledge of MS Office
Good command of English of advantage
Structured, accurate and flexible way of working
High willingness to learn and develop further as well as ability to work in a team

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 32,598 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
