European Patent Attorney
We are strengthening our team in the patent department. In this position as a patent expert, you will work closely with our Product Development department, making an essential contribution for our innovative logistics systems. You are characterised by an accurate and structured way of working and you enjoy using your high affinity for technology at work.
Administration, handling and evaluation of invention reports
Preparation of patent applications and supervision of ongoing examination procedures (national and international)
Handling of objection and complaints procedures
Analysis of research reports about current product developments
Checking of infringements of intellectual property rights with our Product Development department
Reporting related to our IP portfolio
Successfully completed education (FH/university) in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or Technical Physics
Qualification as European Patent Attorney
Several years of relevant job experience with patents
Good command of business German and English
High analytical and communication skills
Sense of responsibility and structured way of working
Good transport connections, free parking, shuttle service, e-bikes, etc.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 56.936 Euro.
