WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

• Collaborating in the creation and development of a holistic personnel development programme (talent management, performance management, mentoring etc.)

• Consulting managers and employees concerning suitable education and training measures

• Planning, implementing and managing internal and external personnel development measures

• Preparing and conducting internal trainings about specific HR topics

• Ensuring an efficient course organisation including implementation and administration

• Participating actively in various HR projects

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• University degree in economics or social sciences with a focus on HR management

• At least 3 years of job experience in HR management in an industrial environment required

• Profound knowledge of organisational development concepts

• Excellent command of English

• Excellent interpersonal skills and technical interest

• Proactive, independent way of working and reliability

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 42,054 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
