You will assume a challenging position with our product development team, supporting them in continuously improving, adapting and further developing our internal development process by means of your great methodical skill. As an expert for R&D processes, tools, agile project management and modern development processes (V-Model, SCRUM, Lean, Kanban etc.), you will be acting as a competent, service-oriented contact for our mechatronic developers and will be contributing to the continuous optimisation of the R&D process landscape.
Analysis, optimisation and digitalisation of existing development processes as well as definition of new processes
Development and configuration of new workflows
Collection and definition of process figures
Support in introducing new process tools
Information transfer by means of internal trainings
Preparation of process and user documentations
Completed education at HTL (Higher Technical College), University or University of Applied Sciences with a focus on technology and several years of job experience in product development
Great methodical skill in R&D processes, tools, agile project management and modern development processes
Skill in creating, designing and implementing new processes as well in using and adapting tools for process support
A passion for supporting the development team
Good command of written and spoken English

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 38,396.00 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
