Process Engineer – Engineering (M/F/D)*

If you are striving to grow and take responsibility in a successful, international company, the following job might be of interest to you: as Process Engineer you will strengthen the existing Process Engineering department and play an active role in process optimisation within our technical realisation and project execution. You will analyse and evaluate existing processes, derive measures for process improvement tailored to the company's/department's strategy and therefore optimise the entire engineering value creation chain.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Analysis, evaluation and (further) development of engineering processes in order to optimise technical realisation and project execution in line with the company strategy

  • Support and management of strategic organisational development and improvement projects within the department

  • Optimisation of the engineering tool chain and the connected processes together with the IT department

  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of area-specific quality documents

  • Monitoring and documentation of error messages and correction of these errors, as well as monitoring effectiveness

  • Evaluation and processing of area-specific KPIs and key figures

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed education at Higher Technical College or University with focus on Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or similar

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field (ideally in an industrial environment)

  • Basic CAD know-how (SolidWorks & AutoCAD) desirable

  • SAP user skills desirable

  • Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and very good command of German and English

  • Communicative, able to work in a team, quality-conscious

  • Independent, structured and analytical way of working

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The collective agreement minimum basic salary per month (on a full-time basis plus shift allowance of at least 230 euro gross) is 39.549 Euro.
