Process Manager - After Sales (m/f/d)

TGW Logistics Group as an international, fast-growing company is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. Working alongside the department head, the Process Manager supports and manages operational as well as strategic initiatives in the After Sales department. In this position, you will be in close communication with the heads of the departments Complaints Management, Sales and Training, as well as Spare Parts Management and Retrofit. You will provide an overview of significant procedures and processes in the After Sales department, recognise relevant deviations and implement corrective measures in coordination with the department head. You will contribute significantly to the stability and strategic development of the After Sales department and act as an important liaison with other departments.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Close collaboration with the head of department on a variety of inter-departmental matters

  • Support of the After Sales department in process analysis and improvement

  • Documentation of process changes and redefinition of processes

  • Monitoring the effectiveness and progress of operational and strategic initiatives and projects

  • Preparation of reports and analyses for the head of department and the management board

  • Planning and holding workshops for the purpose of process analysis

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed higher technical and/or economic education

  • Strong expertise in process and project management

  • Relevant professional experience of advantage

  • Friendly demeanour, strong communication skills and assertiveness

  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team

  • Very good command of German and English

  • Willingness to travel (internationally, approx. 20%)

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 42,053 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
