Project Manager (m/f/d) agile Software

As a Software Integration Test Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for a small team of test engineers performing manual and automated tests to identify problems with our software before product launch. In doing so, you will ensure that our customers' requirements are met. Become part of our growing team at our locations in Teunz, Regensburg or Austria.

WHAT YOU MOVE WITH US

You lead a small, international team of test engineers in the area of product development. Together you analyze the requirements for our warehouse management software and create the necessary test plans.
You support the preparation, execution and documentation of tests (integration tests, regression tests, system tests, acceptance tests, manual tests).
The introduction and improvement of methods and processes to ensure the quality of the software is part of your tasks as well as the participation in conception workshops to create suitable test plans.
You participate in the regular Scrum meetings, maintain the product backlog items and contribute to the joint improvement of our software quality.

WHAT CONVINCES US

Your good knowledge in software development as well as your practical experience with planning, preparation and execution of software tests and quality assurance measures.
In addition to a high level of quality awareness, you are characterized by good analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence.
You enjoy working in an international team and are fluent in English.
Leadership experience and an ISTQB certification are not a must, but an advantage.
