Projekt- und Prozessmanager - SAP (M/F/D)*
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leisten sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur strategischen Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung des Prozesstemplates für Logistik (Material, Supply, Produktion) und übernehmen die Verantwortung zum Befähigen der Prozessbeteiligten. Sie sind maßgeblich an der Ausrollung des Template in den internationalen Produktionsstandorten der TGW beteiligt und vertreten dort das Prozesstemplate. Es erwarten Sie spannende, teils internationale Projekte, die Sie von der Planung bis hin zur Implementierung begleiten.
WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die aktive Gestaltung, Optimierung und Veränderung der Abbildungen von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessmanagern bzw. Processownern und Key Usern
- Organisation der und Verantwortung für die Key-User-Matrix inkl. dem damit verbundenen, notwendigen Schulungsauftrag

Durchführung von und Mitarbeit an internen Projekten mit Schwerpunkt SAP
-
Neben der Erarbeitung von Konzepten sind Sie auch für die Prüfung, Dokumentation und fachliche Freigabe von Anforderungen verantwortlich.

Planung und Gestaltung von internen Workshops

Erarbeitung von Testszenarien und Testung der Funktionalitäten gemeinsam mit dem Key User-Team der Fachbereiche
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement und im internen Projektmanagement

(Sehr) Gute Anwenderkenntnisse bzw. Produktverständnis der SAP-Module (EWM, Warehouse, SCM und QM)
-
Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationskompetenzen, abgerundet mit einer analytischen und prozessorientierten Arbeitsweise
-
Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Reisebereitschaft ca. 10%

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 41.391 Euro.
