Due to our constant growth, we want to strengthen our team and are looking for a Sales Manager to supervise strategic projects. You will work closely with the Sales teams from the Key Account Management, Application Engineering, Mechatronic Design and Project Management departments to continuously improve the defined key figures. You should have the necessary technical understanding, organisational talent and above all good communication skills to perform the assigned tasks.
Lateral leadership of the strategic project teams (2-3 projects in parallel)
Establishment of intensive and long-term customer relationships with relevant decision-makers
Definition and planning of strategic projects, including corresponding capacity- and resource planning
Evaluation of new projects in terms of profitability and risk
Establishment of a communication network in specific sectors of the intralogistics market (planners, consultants, end customers)
Knowledge transfer and support of the Sales team as well as further development of the Sales organisation
Several years of job experience as a Key Account Manager or Project Manager as well as completed higher technical education (Higher Technical College, FH or university)
Experience in lateral leadership and in working with different teams in parallel
Knowledge of the principles of agile working and the related communication strategies
Customer- and process orientation and corresponding conduct
Profound knowledge of contract law as well as negotiation skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Willingness to travel in about 40% of working time

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 52,716.30 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
