Conceptual design of structured knowledge management (KMS)
Development of processes for simple knowledge dissemination
Conceptual design, content definition and support of the HR-led implementation of a learning experience platform (KMS/LXP)
Establishment and expansion of the necessary learning infrastructure
Future-oriented educational conception and evaluation
Management, further development and support of the current LMS "eFront"
Undergraduate degree in technology or business
Enthusiasm for and initial experience in the implementation or development of knowledge management
Great affinity for new learning technologies and passion for data management and data libraries
Interest and initial experience in the areas of corporate learning and adult education
Dedication, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and academic curiosity as well as out-of-the-box thinking
Good command of German and excellent command of English

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 37,556 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
Are you interested in innovation and digitalisation and in actively advancing and promoting them? You can accomplish both during your English-language master's programme at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Steinbeis University's Graduate School for Leadership & Management:
during your two-year work-integrated master's programme and alongside your full-time work at the company, the prime focus will be a real-life study project and your own personal development and skills acquisition.
In combination with this job you will also work towards a M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. You will acquire essential digitalisation expertise and apply it profitably to digitalisation projects in the company. You will receive additional insights into leadership and profit from communication with renowned digitalisation experts.
