Scrum Master (M/F/D)*
WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- Responsibility for the implementation of agile processes in the area of software development (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ongoing monitoring with regard to rule conformance and process flows
- Organization and moderation of daily scrums and sprint meetings
- Interface function between product owner and team
- Coaching of the Scrum team to increase performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Profound technical education in the field of software engineering, computer science (HTL, FH, Uni)
- Relevant professional experience in the field of software development
- Scrum certification is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- High team orientation and communication skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 46.347.
