In this function you will lead a team of 3 employees and will be responsible for a smooth processing of the payroll accounting in DPW under the Austrian collective agreement for machine and metalworking industry (Kollektivvertrag für den Fachverband der Maschinen und Metallwarenindustrie).You will be the central contact person for social security and labour law matters as well as payroll taxes and you will contribute to the further development of the department.
Independent payroll accounting and check thereof for approximately 250 employees (blue and white collar workers) including travel expense accounting
Disciplinary, cooperative and charismatic management of a team of 3 employees including development, team coordination and encouragement
Competent counselling in labour, social security and payroll tax matters as well as continuous contact to authorities and tax advisors
Support of the time management system and creation of regular statistics and reports
Active contribution to the monthly/annual/fiscal year accounts and to handling provisions
Exciting special projects (e.g. optimisation of processes within the department, personnel controlling, working time models)
Completed commercial education and successfully completed Payroll Professional Certification
At least 4 years of relevant job experience (ideally in an industrial environment)
Charismatic person with leadership qualities, first managerial experience of advantage
Comprehensive knowledge of taxes, labour law and social security, good command of English
Communicative, strong personality with excellent social skills
Responsible, solution-oriented and open-minded personality
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 51,165 Euros. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
