Deployment planning of the colleagues in the PLC / Controls area
Clarification of the project status with the project managers
Administration of the training rooms with organization of the trainings
Equipment/administration of the tools
Weekly standup and reporting
Cost control as well as monitoring and specification of the hourly budget
Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues
Successfully completed technical or commercial training and initial work experience
Basic technical understanding and organizational skills
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Independent and proactive way of working
Commitment, strong communication skills and team spirit
Very good knowledge of German and English
Wide variety of tasks and room for creativity to find innovative solutions
