Support of the Managing Director HR
Disciplinary and administrative management responsibility
Planning of departmental goals and budgets as well as responsibility for their achievement, compliance and ensuring cost efficiency
Measures to ensure compliance with specified fluctuation rates
Establishing and implementing an HR support structure for departments and employees
Proactive involvement in operational issues or representation in all areas through hands-on mentality
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, rechts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium mit mindestens fünfjähriger Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Personal- und Lohnverrechnung sowie in steuer-, arbeits- und sozialrechtlichen Themen
Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting and Staffing
Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
