WHAT YOU MOVE WITH US
- Existing customer support in the entire after-sales process (topics maintenance, hotline, servicing and modernization)
- Personal customer contact and strengthening of customer loyalty
- Preparation, review and approval of offers and service contracts
- Recognition of modernization potentials and initiation of implementation
- Responsibility for sales success, profitability and negotiation of customer contracts
- Identification and introduction of suggestions for improvement
- Reporting and documentation
WHAT CONVINCES US
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Relevant professional experience
- Experience in the areas of after-sales or project management in special machine construction desirable
- Knowledge of the procedures in the lifetime service process
- Independent, reliable and cost-conscious way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office products, SAP experience an advantage
- Confident appearance and good communication skills as well as ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel
