WHAT YOU MOVE WITH US
Existing customer support in the entire after-sales process (topics maintenance, hotline, servicing and modernization)
Personal customer contact and strengthening of customer loyalty
Preparation, review and approval of offers and service contracts
Recognition of modernization potentials and initiation of implementation
Responsibility for sales success, profitability and negotiation of customer contracts
Identification and introduction of suggestions for improvement
Reporting and documentation
WHAT CONVINCES US
Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Relevant professional experience
Experience in the areas of after-sales or project management in special machine construction desirable
Knowledge of the procedures in the lifetime service process
Independent, reliable and cost-conscious way of working
Confident handling of MS Office products, SAP experience an advantage
Confident appearance and good communication skills as well as ability to work in a team
