Customer Service Team Manager

We have an opportunity within the heart of our lifetime services department for a Business Support Manager to join us. This team is an integral part of the department supporting all aspects of the TGW aftercare solutions and products.

Within this role, you will manage our customer support team, review the department processes, implement improvements, manage workload planning, and get involved with the day-to-day customer support duties. 

Tasks

  • Day-to-Day management of the assistant key account management team and functions, including managing holidays and absence reporting.
  • Producing and maintaining excel reports to support departmental objectives.
  • Assisting the Finance Team in ensuring revenues and expenditures are all accounted for within the monthly process.
  • Be actively engaged with all team members' training and development, ensuring one-to-one reviews and personal development plans are completed. Assisting the recruitment process.
  • To provide LTS and the wider TGW with reports on how the department is performing.
  • Deliver a learning and development framework so everyone is cross-skilled.
  • Proactively identify, analyse and improve existing business processes within the department for optimization and to meet new quotas or standards of quality
  • Day to day support to customers and Account Managers, parts provision, and ensuring excellent customer service. 

Requirements

You will be proactive and driven, have experience in managing an administration/customer support function, and have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

You will ideally know sales order processing software (SAP/Navision/Microsoft Dynamics.) You will be an advanced user of Excel, have knowledge or understanding of financial administration and have previous experience with reporting and creating reporting.
