We have an opportunity within the heart of our lifetime services department for a Business Support Manager to join us. This team is an integral part of the department supporting all aspects of the TGW aftercare solutions and products.
Within this role, you will manage our customer support team, review the department processes, implement improvements, manage workload planning, and get involved with the day-to-day customer support duties.
You will be proactive and driven, have experience in managing an administration/customer support function, and have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You will ideally know sales order processing software (SAP/Navision/Microsoft Dynamics.) You will be an advanced user of Excel, have knowledge or understanding of financial administration and have previous experience with reporting and creating reporting.
