HR Advisor (30 - 38 hours per week)

For our Benelux office, we are looking for a HR Advisor (30-38 hours) to expand the local HR Team.

The HR Advisor is part of the TGW Northern Europe HR team and provides daily HR support and advice to employees and line managers. Preparing and implementing HR policies and processes for the Benelux and Northern Europe region is a key part of the role.


  • You provide support, guidance and advice to employees and line managers on all related HR matters.
  • You support all aspects of the "employee lifecycle", "learning & development" and case management.
  • You contribute to HR policies, procedures, processes, tools and their implementation, fitting within the strategic HR plan and budget and in line with business needs.
  • You build internal and external relationships of trust and regularly visit various sites of our clients. In doing so, you act as an ambassador of the TGW Culture & Values.
  • You keep abreast of labour laws and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance with the law within the HR field.
  • You manage the HR Intranet portal and ensure employee information is up to date.
  • You ensure accurate and up-to-date HR and payroll administration, correct registration in relevant (external) applications and relevant HR reports. You support the HR Administrator.



  • You already have several years of experience as an HR Advisor in a generalist role, preferably in an international technical environment.
  • You have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar.
  • You have sound knowledge and practical experience of Dutch and Belgian employment legislation and payroll administration.
  • You have experience as a fleet manager.
  • You have experience with HRIS, payroll applications and MS Office.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
  • You are willing to travel to the various client locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • You are a self-starter, communicative, responsible and proactive.
