LTS Finance Analyst

We are now recruiting for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team based in Market Harborough. 

The Finance Analyst will support the LTS (Life Time Services) Finance Manager to ensure the provision of regular, high quality financial information to the LTS Department.

Tasks

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to support the Business area with regular high quality and timely financial information for three entities – UK, Benelux and Scandinavia.
• Work closely with the Project Managers, Key Account Managers, Department heads and Senior Leaders to help them understand their financial information, identifying trends and areas for review.
• Provide information for, and attend, monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
• Provide ad-hoc and standard financial analysis & reporting to provide insight into the Company’s operations and financial performance.
• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process for the business area

- Monthly tasks – to assist with the following:

• Contract trackers
• Sales calculations
• Margin reviews
• Variance analysis
• P&L analysis
• Product portfolio analysis

Requirements

• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Ideally experienced with Navision/ SAP ERP systems 
• Good data analysis skills
• Self organised, conscientious and good time management
• Experience in finance/accounts
• Preferably a strong understanding of budget/forecasting process
• Enjoys working with numbers
• Good presentation skills
• Completed or studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) preferred
