Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Purchasing Assistant, based in the Netherlands, to expand the procurement department’s capacity and deliver more strategic value to the business. Our new colleague will be in charge of supporting the business with the provision of required goods and services, while providing support to the Purchasing Agents with their operational tasks from Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, and Category Management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • You are responsible for order management support in ERP and order confirmations.
  • You arrange supplier’s financial assessment, RFQ and Supplier Evaluation set up.
  • You are the operational interface with our Realization and LTS departments.
  • You give administrative support to the purchasing team.
  • You are responsible for SHE Assure and mySRM data management and compliant documental management.
  • You arrange the vendor account set up and compliance check.

What you'll need

  • You are keen to develop in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
  • You are solution-oriented and have a pragmatic approach.
  • You are organized and structured in your work.
  • You are integer, honest, and able to work cooperatively in teams.
  • You are able to develop internal and external relationships effectively.
  • You speak fluently Dutch and English, German knowledge preferably.
