As a Sales Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the management of Integrated Solution Sales within TGW’s Northern Hub. The role of the Sales Project Manager is to develop key client relationships with their respective stakeholders whilst managing a multi-faceted internal Sales & Solutions team for high-capital, integrated logistics projects. Ensuring our client bids focus on tried and tested processes and sales methodology is of paramount importance.
Working within specialist teams to develop industry-leading solutions while maintaining market competitiveness is a key component of the role. In the role, you will also work closely with the Heads of Software and Process Consulting, Application Engineering, Solution Design, and the Head of Sales for Northern Europe. Whilst the role is focused on the UK and Ireland market primarily, it may require working on potential projects across Northern Europe e.g. Nordics and the Benelux regions.
If you want to be successful in your application, you should have experience in complex project selling, preferably within the logistics/materials handling sector.
In addition to being strategic, and proactive, as well as having excellent communication skills, you will enjoy the process of developing and maintaining relationships.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in engineering or a similar field, have previous experience managing teams or leading projects, and have a great deal of contract negotiation and sales experience.
