As the Technical Training Manager, you would be working at a strategic level creating and implementing Technical training that is aligned with both the business needs and learning and development framework.
Working closely with department heads, you will collaborate to identify training requirements from skills gap analysis, you will work towards creating overall and individualised technical career development and training plans.
This role with give you the opportunity to explore a wide variety of expertise from engineering, Health and Safety to controls and development.
You will be responsible for managing the team, departmental budget and deploying a wide variety of training methods, you will embrace new techniques and ensure the overall KPI’s are met.
To be successful in your application, you will have a relevant qualification and extensive experiences in training and education, you will be able to demonstrate your management experiences and working with KPI’s.
You will have good interpersonal skills and be a highly proficient communicator, ideally you will have experiences within a similar industry and be innovative in your approach. You will embrace both traditional and modern training practices.
