WCS Emulation Engineer

We have an opportunity to join our team in Lithuania supporting the development of emulation models for use in MFR, WCS, and WMS in-house commissioning and testing.

Identification of project-specific developments and their implementation. Support project core team during their testing phase, both in proper usage of the emulation model and in finding and fixing bugs. Documentation of emulation-relevant information.

Tasks

• Analysis of all requirements together with the specialists of the different departments (Project managers, IT, Controls, …) in order to be able to create an emulation model.
• Estimation of implementation and development costs for emulation projects
• Preparation of fixed-price offers for emulation projects
• Development of emulation models for use in MFR, WCS and WMS in-house commissioning and testing
• Development of project specific strategies and elements in C# .NET
• Test and validation of emulation models
• Handover of emulation models to the testers
• Project status documentation
• Project support
• Controller development
• Handling tickets of emulation ticket system
• Fixing bugs
• Communicate with project team
• Supporting the Test Team and Commissioning teams with bench testing on emulation
• Travelling to site around 30% of the time to assist with MFC / TS commissioning
