1st Level Support Software (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible together with your colleagues for the support of our customers and to ensure the highest possible system availability. With remote maintenance, you can remedy the cases of malfunction and ensure that our customers' systems are functioning properly worldwide.


  • Technical support and first point of contact for our customers worldwide

  • Eliminate software malfunctions via telephone & remote access, make system analysises, document them and monitor customer servers

  • You document your activities for customer support in our ticket system

  • Coordinate 3rd-level activities and service deployments, and design, implement, and document software customization in the customer environment

  • You are also on call and in shifts with attractive additional compensation


  • Knowledge of the operating systems Linux, Windows and / or Windows server

  • Experience with Oracle databases, SQL or PL / SQL knowledge is an advantage, ideally experience with object-oriented programming languages (such as Java)

  • Strong service awareness and enjoying communication with customers and colleagues

  • Motivated, independent and reliable work in a team

  • Good command of German and English
